COMME UN POISSON SANS BICYCLETTE

In 2014 OBRA was commissioned by ADDA 32 and the Gers social services to devise an artistic project over a three month period for the International day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.

Following six workshops open to all women in the Gers department, hosted by the social services centre of Auch, participants could choose to continue to work with Kate Papi in the creation of a performance which responded to the theme “ Damaged Bodies”.

The group was made up of non-professionals and via training and improvisation they were led by Kate towards a powerful, touching and at times humorous performance that was shared in three venues in the Gers.
